Summit Edge takes pride in the quality of its garments. We understand that at times our strict quality control department may miss a certain flaw. We also understand that purchasing garments online can lead to an inaccurate estimation of the size that will fit you right.
Therefore, we offer the following return policy:
All claims must be made no later than 30 days from the day it was shipped.
Damaged garments or inaccurate size will be exchanged once the original garment is returned and received by our facility.
We will not accept returns or exchange garments that have been worn, altered, washed or scented. Summit Edge reserves the right to refuse any compromised garments affected by the individual factors mentioned above.
How to process an Exchange/Refund
- Contact Customer Service at (954) 763-2609 for a printable return shipping label. Please have your order number handy if available and an email or fax number where the return label can be sent. Once you have printed and placed your label on your package, please drop off at your nearest FedEx location. You may also choose to ship through your preferred courier at your own expense.
- Order the replacement item with your Customer Service representative.
Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your exchange. You will receive an email confirmation advising when you replacement item has been shipped.
